    What if I can’t find what I’m looking for?
    The XDSS web site only sells hard copy documentation to customers in the United States. If the documentation or drivers you are looking for are not here, please try looking on http://www.support.xerox.com/go/prodselect.asp and enter the product name or number.

    Do I need to know the product number to search for item?
    No. You can search using the product name - partial words are okay.

    How do I know if a product is in stock?
    Unless otherwise noted on the product page, the product is in inventory and available for purchase.

    How is my sales tax calculated?
    The sales tax amount will appear on your credit card or invoice statement. Xerox cannot accept tax-exempt orders online. Customers who want to place a tax-exempt order should call the Xerox Documentation and Software Services at 1-800-327-9753.

    How do you determine whether to charge sales tax?
    Sales tax is applied to all orders shipped to locations in the continental United States and the surrounding U.S. territories. Since Xerox has a sales office in all of these locations, we are required to apply sales tax to all online orders.

    What are the handling rates?
    If an order is placed on xdss.com and is over $50 (before sales tax), then shipping is FREE, on orders less than $50 before sales tax will be charged $10 for shipping and handling.

    How can I change my password?
    On the Home page, left panel, select Sign In. Select Edit My Profile. Change your password and hit the Save button.

    How can I tell that my order went through?
    You will receive an e-mail confirmation that contains your order number.

    If I place an order for an item on backorder, do you charge my credit card?
    Your credit card will not be charged until your order has shipped. If you have ordered multiple items, you will be charged only for the item or items that have shipped.

    When can I expect delivery?
    Supplies that are ordered online and are in stock will ship within 5 business days via UPS Ground delivery DHL/Airborne. Next day or 2nd day air shipments are available for orders placed online at an additional charge.

    How do I check on the status of my order?
    To check the status of orders purchased online or by telephone, select Sign In on the left side of the screen and sign into your account. Click View Order Status and History and you will see your order(s).

    What is the policy on returns and exchanges?
    Customers may return items within 30 days, if it is in re-saleable condition. For returns, we will refund the price paid plus sales tax charged. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded, unless it was our error. To return or exchange a product, call Xerox at 1-800-327-9753, or write us at Xerox Documentation & Software Services, 555 S. Aviation Blvd., ESM1-018, El Segundo, CA 90245.

    What is the policy on product resale?
    Xerox supplies documentation and software sold online are for customer use only within the United States. Resale of Xerox supplies is expressly prohibited.
